I bought this computer to do basic things for my business such as looking up specifications online, buying and selling things online, and checking email. This computer has given me every problem under the sun in the less than two months that I have owned it. The wireless card cuts out constantly and the computer just forgets it's there. I then have to go through a whole process for the computer to find the wireless card again so I can use the internet. The graphics processing does not work properly either. It cuts out and does not give me monitor a signal no matter how many times I unplug or restart the monitor. I then am forced to hard restart the computer because I cannot see to restart it the proper way. Now it is throwing out drive errors on the hard drive. It is giving messages saying "Your PC has recovered from a serious error" at least once a day. This is all within the course of two months of owning.

Now I understand that every company makes mistakes, because just like people they are not perfect. It is how they handle these mistakes that is the difference between a good company and a bunch of immoral scam artists. Lenovo's support puts them deep into the latter category. I have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support and all they do is reinstall the same stuff that didn't work in the first place and not fix anything. They refuse to admit that there is an actual systematic problem here and try to passify me with dumb suggestions. They are hoping that if they ignore me long enough that I will go away. This computer and the lack of associated support is an embarrassment to Lenovo's tech support department and to the Lenovo name itself.

Tech support has now "escalated" the problem to its customer relations department. I was promised a call from this, I now think made up, department within five business days but it has been two weeks and no one has called. This pathetic monstrosity of a "computer" has cost myself and my business a significant amount of time during which I could have been doing the actual work I need to get done.

Unfortunately for you LENOVO if you think by ignoring me that I will go away, then you are sadly mistaken. You have not heard the last from me, and if you want to play games then let's go.
