Bought this unit because one of our staff read pcmag's review on this printer, it scored 4.5 out 5 and it is PCMAG' editor's choice. Anyway we ordered it 2 weeks ago from a vendor on a different website and it arrived in perfect condition early last week. Having spent a week with this unit and I must say it is very impressive considering it's size and capability. Don't get me wrong, by no means this is remotely being considered as a compact unit, but compare to the other units we have had in the office(Canon, brother, HP, Lexmark) this unit is on the small side. The color touch screen on this unit is probably the best I have seen on printers in this price category. This is the perfect "do it all" for small to medium size office environment. Below are Pros and Cons based on my limited time with the unit, will update in the future if any thing should change.
