I purchased this tablet 3 weeks ago. When I first powered it up there was no sound. I took it to the AT&T store and after multiple problem solving attempts they did a hard reset and the sound came on. Over the next two weeks, this occurred once again, requiring another hard reset. The keyboard did not communicate well with the tablet with difficulty determining why, as I would press the keyboard down hard and it still did not connect. It would freeze up frequently. Everytime I put it to sleep or shutdown it would disconnect from 3/4G requiring going into the control panel to reset it. At the end of two weeks it died. The screen went black and it would not turn back on. I contacted the Samsung number provided with the tablet. An hour and a half later (and 4 transfers back and forth to the same 2 departments) I was told that they could not help me because they did not support or find information on this model. Even to submit my comments to the Samsung Your Voice is Heard site, I had to put in a different model number for the email to go through.

Here is the response that I received to my email from Samsung today:

Dear DJ,

We appreciate you contacting Samsung Electronics and being a valued customer. We understand that your technical support didn't help you to your satisfaction. We apologize for the inconvenience, and would be happy to assist you.

We understand that you were attempting to find support on your device. The difficulty comes from the fact the your device is a laptop, and the device has 3G capability, which most of our 3G devices are supported by the cellular department.

This is the reason that our agent was unable to assist you; however this doesn't excuse the agent's behavior. We at Samsung apologize for any rudeness, or unprofessional conduct on our part. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.

The number provided to contact them is the same number I called the other night and no one could help. So from this response, they will not be providing support for this product.

I spent many hours researching for a new tablet and was very excited to find one with 3G that worked with Microsoft office and was a SAMSUNG which I considered a reliable brand name; and now SSSOOO... disappointed that I had to return it and could not receive support from Samsung. I was thinking that I just got a lemon and it would be worth ordering another one to try, but after this response there is no way I will order another one if there will be no technical support available.
