There's some things about this I love, and some things I wish were better designed. I switch between different chairs and a fit ball, and because the height is adjustable, it allows for a quick switch. I also like that I can swing the desk out of the way. It was difficult to install. Because the clamp sits back quite a bit from the lip of the desk, I had to cut a sizeable hole in front (which I have pushed against a wall, so it doesn't show). I wish that instead of flipping up, the keyboard tray slid back. I also think that being able to pull/push the unit forward and back would be more useful than side to side.
