Epson PowerLite X15 XGA 3 LCD Projector V11H518020 Review

I use this projector to conduct in-service educational training to law enforcement agencies throughout California and out of state. It has been very reliable to date. It sets up quickly and the vertical AND horizontal keystone feature make my presentations look all the more professional.

The color and brightness of the projector are very good. I can use this projector in rooms where there is outside ambient light through windows without a problem. The 3000:1 contrast ratio has improved the quality of the videos that we use in our training. Since I use an external speaker for my presentation, i have not used the low power built in speaker yet.

One of the main reasons I purchased this projector was the option to connect two computers at the same time. This feature works flawlessly. It takes only one button press and about two seconds to switch between computers. The ony drawback is the remote is IR. This requires you to point the remote to the front of the projector. This usually is not a problem. If you want to switch computers from the back of the room, you just need to point the remote at the screen.

This projector does not come with an autofocus feature. The manual adjustment is a bit coarse, making it somewhat difficult to adjust. This is not a problem once you become acclimated to this.

When I received the product, it was I excellent condition. I received it within the specified time frame and the products packaging was well constructed to ensure no a damage to the unit would occur in transit.

I would definitely recommend this product. It does what it claims to.
