This phone, once you figure out how to set it up (had to use Google to get it set up on our Asterisk system), works well. Our specific issue was with the pre-inserted dialing instructions. Once we cleared those out the phone worked fine.

Only other issue was with the volume, would like it to be higher - does not work as well in a large room (classroom) as in a conference room.

In time we will probably purchase more of these.
