None of the Buffalo products have a good service model.
Takes 2-3 weeks to get a replacement
and you have to buy another one before they will ship you the replacement.
Plus they charge you for shipping. If you are looking to bur $100 piece of equipment might be acceptable.
If you are buying this for you business, be sure you can afford to have a 2+ week downtime in the event of a product failure
