Waited almost 10 months for this scope after it was shown at the Shot Show last year. I am a Nikon fan and have their binoculars and other Nikon hunting scopes. Paired it up with a Rock River .308 and although the eye relief is fine, to get a full field of view at full magnification you have to be right at the one magical spot or you get the black tunnel effect ( 1/4" forward is no good, nor is 1/4" back). I bought this scope after the hoopla and a good experience with the M-223 scope and have to say I am very disappointed. The moving of your head back and forth to get a full view is annoying and ruins the functionality of the scope. At the end of the day and 300 rounds later I wanted to rip it off and throw it in the garbage. the guy I was shooting with who is a retired Army captain and an excellent shooter tried to use it and it drove him crazy too. What a shame!!!!!!!!
