I bought this about 3 months ago for a 2 man office, it is a very easy set up and easy to program. I am a 56 year old woman and although fairly computer savvy, I never set up a phone system before. I love the speed dial function and the phone book. It is a good sturdy feeling phone, not too lightweight, solid. The only thing I didn't realize prior to purchasing is you can't conference 2 people on a call, it is only 3 way conferencing, so when my boss calls in I can't conference him to someone without staying on the line. I actually called the XBlue support help desk because I wasn't sure that was the case, but they said it was. Otherwise I would have given this a 5 star rating.
